COVID-19
During the SA Covid-19 shut down from June 1st we will again be able to see

clients at our offices under strict controls.

We are also still happy to assist and advise with enquiries by phone or email.  

Going into Stage 3 lockdown we are hoping the uMngeni Deeds Office and Municipality (for Rates

Clearance Certificates) will finally resume full service and alleviate some of the backlog and pressure

on sales already concluded. Showing of properties under Level 3 is now allowed under strict terms

and conditions to which we will adhere. 

We will likewise keep you informed of any further developments as they happen.

 

For those still not willing to venture out we have made a number of virtual tours of many of our available

units for both sale and rental. We can also easily facilitate Zoom, Skype or FaceTime calls.
